If you've been having a hard time finding the Hyperlinks report in SharePoint Designer 2013, you're not alone. Up until now, I thought it was removed from the product! Thanks to Heather Masters for pointing this out. The steps below will get you to the report.

With a SharePoint site open, find and edit a page.

With the page in edit mode, you should now see the View tab appear in the ribbon.

Click on the View tab.

In the "Task Panes" drop-down list, click Hyperlinks.
The report will build itself in a few seconds.
